Eligibility Criteria
Individuals with at least one Czech or former Czechoslovak parent, grandparent, or great-grandparent are eligible, provided their ancestor did not leave Czech territory before 1918 or become a Slovak citizen after January 1, 1969. Ancestors must have been Czechoslovak citizens up to December 31, 1992, without declaring subsequent Czech or Slovak nationality.
