Jennifer Harding-Marlin directs the strategic growth and platform operations of JH Marlin Global. A dual-qualified attorney admitted to practice in Canada and the Federation of Saint Christopher and Nevis, she oversees the firm’s multidisciplinary approach to international law and global mobility, ensuring the delivery of scalable residency and citizenship solutions.

With a background in corporate law and investment funds across the Cayman Islands, The Bahamas, and Nevis, Jennifer provides senior oversight on offshore structures and cross-border regulatory frameworks. Since founding the firm in 2017, she has moved into a dual leadership role, managing a global team and driving the firm’s digital presence and expansion into new markets as Marketing Platform Director.

Her leadership is informed by an extensive global footprint: she has established residency in three countries, conducted business in over 80, and is a licensed pilot with operational experience across the Caribbean. A five-time World Championship swimmer for St. Kitts and Nevis, Jennifer applies a high-performance, results-oriented framework to the firm’s mission of navigating complex environments for internationally mobile clients and investors.

Shantonia directs the firm’s Genealogical Research practice, where she serves as a strategic lead for clients pursuing dual citizenship through descent. Based in Grenada, she oversees the full lifecycle of JH Marlin Global’s ancestry-based programs, specializing in the complex jurisdictional requirements of Europe and the Caribbean.

With a deep mastery of international document authentication and lineage tracing, Shantonia orchestrates the firm’s high-level engagements with foreign archives, embassies, and government ministries. Her leadership ensures that clients navigating citizenship in nations such as Italy, Ireland, Poland, and Slovakia benefit from a rigorous, expert-led approach to reclaiming their heritage. Under her direction, the practice transforms fragmented histories into secured global identities.
